In the Maths department we strive to provide high quality, inclusive education with special emphasis on the application of Maths to solve both practical and abstract problems and exploratory/investigative approaches to Maths.

The Mathematics department has long understood the impact that having the ‘confidence to try’ in Maths has on student’s enjoyment, engagement and achievement within the subject.
